I had a customer who wanted to come for a $16,900 Mazda CX 7 and I offered her the lease payment of a new 2015 Mazda CX 5 and she liked it she said she would come and test drive it the following Saturday. She never showed up. We should not try to switch vehicles before the customer comes in! Just let her come in for the one she likes that she finds on our website.

I got a sales call in the morning at around 10:15 am from Matt who wanted to test drive a 2015 Mazda 3 S Grand Touring Manual Transmission to check the performance since he had been driving a Mazda RX 8. So we set an appointment at 12 pm but he then called me that he was running late. He showed up at around 1:30 pm drove one and he liked it so I had his RX 8 appraised and we gave him $8,500 and he wanted $11,000 to 12,000 based on his researh on KBB and we could not reach that figure so we showed him the NADA and Carfax trade in value which showed $8,500 to $9,000 so we agreed on $9,000. So we ended up making a deal though we had to do a dealer trade on the color he wanted. So when both of us are reasonable and can accept the third party information we can always make deals happen.

At around 3 pm, Larry asked me to help a customer, S am who was looking for a new Mazda 3 . So I took him for a test drive and he liked it so I presented the number and he and his friends were checking the market price on KBB and Edmunds so I had to match the price on KBB but when I presented the payments he did not like it and said too high and even he calculated at 0% so I offered him a lease option and he liked the monthly lease payment. So he signed and left happily with the new 2014 Mazda 3.

Becoming a miracle!
Today message is great. Telling us to be a miracle for other people. We can be a miracle just doing something small like word of encouragement, taking somebody to church or paying somebody for a meal.
Joel Osteen gave an example, when he was buying a to go food in a restaurant with his son he saw a well dressed gentleman sitting in one of the tables and he felt that he had to greet him so he approached him and asking how he was doing and he said he was not doing well. Joel told him that things would get better for him. And after a couple of months Joel received a letter from him telling that he was in the lowest time of his life, he was facing a divorce. After hearing those words of encouragement he was lifted and felt at peace.
Many years ago I remembered telling my mom how Cheng Tham’s sister committed suicide in Canada. She felt depressed after moving from Singapore with her family. Her life changed and her husband job was not as good as it was in Singapore and she had no close family members to talk to. She wanted to get a talisman, ‘hu’ from a temple, nobody sent one to her.
My mom told me if somebody had listened to her and sent her the talisman from a temple, she might have still been with us today. Please try to be a miracle to others before it is too late.
Sunday, 20 April 2014 message from Joel Osteen is awesome. IT IS NOT OVER. And he gave an example of Daniel from Chicago who has been healed from brain cancer. He was very strong to fight his illness because he was impacted by Joel Osteen’s messages that he watched on TV.
On April 16, 2014 I met and had a chat with Faith, a registered nurse who happened to be a Lakewood goer. She told me that last year his father was hospitalized for two months in India and the medical report said it was over or a slim chance to be cured and she visited him for two weeks and she told me that she had heard a lot of positive and successful stories while attending Lakewood so she started praying for his healing.To her surprise that her father is now back to work normally. We can now imagine how Lakewood impact people all over the world. Please start praying over your friends and family members who need it. Everybody can pray for other people, not only a pastor.
I called Liana, my customer who bought a Mazda 3 about three years ago yesterday and congratulated her on her Birthday. And I asked her if she needed a new vehicle for her husband. She said she just bought one from A Mazda dealer closer to her house about 9 months ago a 2014 Mazda CX 5 touring but they preferred the Grand Touring, top of the line. And that Mazda dealer could not help her to trade up. So I asked her to come and bring in her Mazda CX 5 so that I could have it appraised and she said she would be able to come later in the evening. She came by with her husband and traded it up to the Grand Touring with us with probably about $50 more in monthly payment. They were very happy with the new 2014 Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring. A phone call on a birthday congratulations led to a sale.
